This facilitator‐led workshop provides you with the tools to facilitate ethics training at your location of choice. The topic is based on a real‐life case study on Diamond Foods, and includes engaging activities for practical application. Using scenario‐based interactive exercises, you'll be able to recognize an ethical dilemma within an organization, identify improper departures from GAAP reporting as a means to improve reported results, recognize the appropriate ways to increase profits within GAAP and ethical guidelines, and identify an auditor's role and responsibility when faced with an ethical dilemma.'

Tim has a combined 17 years of public accounting and industry experience which he
utilizes as a Director of Finance for Adecco Group. The Adecco Group, based in Zurich, Switzerland, is the world's second largest Human Resources provider and temporary staffing firm, and a Fortune Global 500 Company.
Tim is an active member of the Florida Institute of CPA’s (FICPA) Accounting Principles
and Auditing Standards Committee. The Committee studies, reviews and comments on
exposure drafts and research bulletins by various professional standard-setting bodies.
Tim is also a member of the FICPA’s Construction Industry Conference Committee who
plan and present a one-day conference in Orlando for those working in the construction
industry. He is the President of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Institute of Management
Accountants, whose purpose is to promote the professional growth of accountants in
